1. Booking & scheduling

  • All rides must be scheduled in advance.
  • Same-day requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
  • Customers must provide accurate pickup/drop-off details and contact information at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation & no-show policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
  • A no-show will be charged if the client is not present within the allowed wait time.

3. Punctuality & wait time

  • Drivers will arrive within a designated pickup window.
  • A grace period of 10–15 minutes will be given.
  • After this time, the ride may be marked as a no-show and canceled.
